Redrow Homes (West Country) was selected from a panel of other house builders to regenerate this spectacular 18-acre site and transform it into a mixed-use neighbourhood, featuring more than 450 new homes, shops, offices and community facilities.

The South Yard Enclave was purchased last year by English Partnerships from the Ministry of Defence.

Already well established across the UK and experienced in this type of project, the Devonport scheme will place Redrow well and truly on the map in the West Country.

As well as the massive selection of new homes, there will also be 100,000 square feet of commercial space with a variety of uses; including office, retail, workspace units and a new police station.

Wanted... Redrow is keen to stage an exhibition of peoples’ memories and photographs of Devonport within the new information centre, due to open in October.
