A:  Vision is a mixed use development of 450 new homes and 100,000 sq ft of commercial units, including a supermarket and new police station.

Q:  When will the first homes be released for sale?
A:  The detailed planning application for zone B has been submitted and if successful we hope to be able to put the first homes on sale in Spring 2007.

Q:  How much will they cost?
A:  Prices will not be released until the launch next year, but there will be a range of homes to suit most budgets - from 1 bedroom apartments up to 4 bedroom family townhouses.
